TOA DO, PRESIDENT OF BDAG, RECEIVED DISTRICT DIRECTOR’S AWARD FROM SBA 2009

Annual Small Business Awards Breakfast 2009

Mr. Toa Do, President of the Business Development Assistance Group, Inc, with home base in Falls Church, Virginia, was awarded the District Director's Award by the The U.S. Small Business Administration's Washington Metropolitan Area.

The 2009 Annual Small Business Awards Breakfast at the beautiful Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, where more than 300 entrepreneurs, business owners, government and elected officials will gather to honor those outstanding individuals who have made a difference. This year's features include:

• Remarks by Congressman Jim Moran, a ranking member of the House Appropriations Committee, on federal opportunities for small businesses;

• Meeting with the new District Director, Bridget Bean who will unveil new programs and tools to help small businesses grow and create new jobs; and

• Opportunities to network with other businesses, prime contractors, lenders, and other service providers.

Mr. Toa Do is a Vietnamese refugee who came as a Boat Person to the United States more than thirty years ago and has contributed so much to the community in Falls Church and Northern Virginia by helping Small Business Groups to get started and prosper.
