Czech Republic in mourning for President Václav Havel

With saddened heart, Voice of Vietnamese Americans mourns the loss of Czechoslovakia Late President Vaclav Havel who passed away on December 18, 2011.

Là người lãnh đạo cuộc Cách Mạng Nhung 1989, Cố Tổng Thống Havel là biểu tượng cho sự tranh đấu đem Tự Do, Dân Chủ, Nhân Quyền, thay cho chủ nghĩa Cộng Sản sai lầm, thối nát, và tàn độc.

With deepest sympathy, Voice of Vietnamese Americans pays condolences to the people of the Czech Republic in the passing of His Excellency Mr. Vaclav Havel. The leader of the 1989 Velvet Revolution, Late President Havel would always be remembered as a symbol of democracy and freedom. His respect for human rights will continue to lead the way for much more works to be done in Vietnam and other communist countries. His legacy will resonate as the core values for humanity and for sustainable world peace.
