National Gun Control Day in Washington D. C. January 26, 2013. Congress, listen to the People!


Voice of Vietnamese Americans urges Congress to take actions in gun control to protect the people while strengthen the US Constitution. Voice of Vietnamese Americans supports the following:

1. Strict background check on all persons acquiring a gun.
2. Ban mass destructive weapons use in the community during peace time.
3. Adding psychological assessment and counseling with follow up for students from K - 12.
4. Having mental health programs available and affordable for troubled youths.
5. Promote a more cohesive and collaborative community network that focus on public safety and self-defense classes.
